today I ran into a simmilar problem. 
Unfortunately in this list is not the answer fort he issue.
I will also raise a support ticket for the server.

That gives me some idea what it might be, but I could be wrong. Any chance that I can hop on an take a look? If so, please send me the login details by creating a "Support Ticket" via the GUI with the checkbox "allow access" ticked.
