It's the same as on older BlueOnyx:

1.) Apply the CODB stored Quota allocation limits of Vsites and Users to
Disk:

/usr/sausalito/sbin/disk_restorequotas.pl

2.) Fetch the actual and current disk usage and store it in CODB:

/usr/sbin/swatch

Afterwards the quota should be in sync again. If it then tells you a
Vsite and/or User is over quota, then that is most certainly the case.
