[BlueOnyx:25237] Quota problems on 5210R

I have a 5210R server that is having quota problems.

One vsite is getting a heap of "DSN: Can't create output" from sendmail for
all it's users, the admin gets an error email saying procmail can't write to those
users mbox file.

I have checked the usage for the vsite and it's about 1% of the allocated
space. All the users have heaps of space.

There is also another vsite on which says in Active Monitor that it's using
1GB of it's 1GB allocated quota, but it's not, it's using about 20MB.

What's the technique for 5210R for rebuilding quotas?
