That means that the tarballs have been corrupted since they were
created. CMU keeps a checksum on record to detect if archives have been
damaged or manipulated and yours seem to be damaged.

If you're lucky this only happened during the transfer to the server
where they now are. You could check if you have other copies of these
tarballs that still are uncorrupted.
