Hi Adam,

When you check under "Software Updates", "BlueOnyx Shop", "Status Check"
you can see that somehow your server isn't linked to NewLinQ at this
time. So you won't get offered any packages via "Third Party Software".

Please click on "Link a Package" and enter your shop login details
again. Then link the respective package(s) and you should be good to go.
