When you assign the server an IPv6 ip address and gateway, then
generally it'll be reachable by IPv6. Without that consistent results
cannot be guaranteed.

When you have IPv6 configured, you can assign both IPv4 *and* IPv6 IPs
to Vsites to have them accessible via IPv4 and IPv6.
