[BlueOnyx:25219] Software updates

I have an urgent situation. I have a 5209R server down with backup, but the
software from Compass Networks in the BlueOnyx shop not showing up to
install. I'm assuming because it is still linked to the former server. I've
assigned the former server IP address and have my user account set in the
BlueOnyx shop as robert at webtent.com, but still nothing showing up.

How can I get the software to update to the new server?
