Reinstalled the php. I WAS able to access the login screen in the browser
but after putting in the credentials it just returns tot he login screen.

After trying the solution on

I am not able to restart admserv so I can't get the login screen.
systemctl status admserv.service shows

I'd need more information about what was done to the server. Or what exactly
the error messages are that you are getting. Like what is
/var/log/admserv/adm_error showing? What's the output of "php -v" and "php
-m" and what (if anything) do you see in the browser when you access the
AdmServ URL?
