I don’t seem to be able to!

Software Updates / Support / Support Request says I need to complete my contact details in “settings” first. I go to: Software Updates / Support / Settings and the name and email is there under Basic Settings. What am I missing?

Hi Darren,

Please open a "Support Request" via the GUI and make sure to tick the checkbox "Allow Access" and I'll take a look at it.

Hi,

On a 5211r server, when I try to Add a new vsite (or view the Template), I get a 500 error.

I’ve enabled debugging for CI and the error is:

ErrorException
Undefined array key "8.0.20"

/usr/sausalito/ui/chorizo/ci4/extensions/create.Vsite/10_PHP.php at line 177

The server has multiple versions of PHP via the solarspeed package and were recently updated so it is clearly something to do with that.

In Server Management / Security / PHP settings it says:
PHP Version: 8.0.27
Default PHP Version: 8.0.27

So something hasn’t updated to show the system version is no longer 8.0.20
I tried switching the Default PHP version to 8.1 and then back again, but the same error occurred.

I’ve seen similar errors like this on earlier BX versions but they just showed an error at the top of the page rather than the CI exception page, so this is a problem that has been around for some time in another forrm.
