[BlueOnyx:26213] web server dead after today's two yums

[oldcabin webmaster]

 I ran yum update and all appeared to go well. No errors. Ran "yum update"
again today and there were more updates so I ran "yum update" again and all
seemed to go well with this update.
Tried my web server after and now it is dead.

Tried running systemctl start httpd.service and it just hangs
