BlueOny 5208R was CentOS 6. Which went EOL November 30, 2020.

Around that time the ability to do YUM updates stopped, as the official 
YUM repositories of the OS went away.

So yeah: That is no longer supported and hasn't been for four and a half 
years. Time to migrate to 5211R (or 5210R):

FWIW: CentOS 7 based BlueOnyx 5209R goes EOL next month: June 30, 2024.
