Sounds like the IP address that's shown in the error message has not been 
assigned to the VPS in question. If that's the case, then Apache doesn't 
particularly like that and will fail.

The VPS's can only use IPs that have been assigned to them first.

Check with /sbin/ifconfig if the IP in question is available in the VPS.

If it is not, assign it through the Aventurine{e} GUI and then restart Apache 
and AdmServ.
