Sorry, but that cannot be.

If you use the BlueOnyx GUI to create a MySQL database and user for a site, 
then - and only THEN - is that MySQL database (and its user) under "GUI 
control". And only in that case the GUI will delete this MySQL user and 
database if that site is deleted. 

It doesn't matter if PHP scripts from other sites are using that same database 
or not.

Databases that are created manually (command line or phpMyAdmin) will not get 
under "GUI management" all by themselves and therefore are not subjected to 
deletion when a site is removed.
