It would seem that eveything needs a kick :-)

Been living with this for some time.  An admin of mine keeps telling me this 
story so I go in and 'kick' everything in sight,  saving and resaving. Don't 
know what the prob is but it usually works after this, all the settings are 
ok and I have no answer for him.
