Just checked, actually, the Server Management tab is built with...

<a href="javascript: top.code.tab_select('base_sysmanage');"
onmouseover="return top.code.info_mouseOver('Server Administration. Click
here to manage the server.')" onmouseout="return top.code.info_mouseOut();"
style="color:#000000;font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:12px;font-weight:bold;text-decoration:none;"><img
border="0" src="/libImage/spaceHolder.gif" width="5" height="5">Server
Management<img border="0" src="/libImage/spaceHolder.gif" width="5"
height="5"></a>

And Jeff notes that it showed up as "sysmanage" for him, instead of "Server
Management."
