[BlueOnyx:09265] Owner of vsite logfiles

Hi,

I would like to have the logfiles of a vsite (in /home/sites/vsite/logs)
to be owned by root.root so that (1) they don't count against a site's
quota and (2) they can't be altered by a siteadmin

Currently, I ahve a cronjob running just after logrotate that sets the
owner of /home/sites/*/logs/* to root.root

However, I notice that during the day, there are new files being created
(like web.daily and mail.daily), and that the owner of the logfiles is
being set to SITEx-logs.sitex

My questions:
- What process creates/alters the files like web.daily and mail.dailt
during the day)?
- Is there a better way to set the owner of the logfiles to root.root?

Thanks!
