Unfortunately, at this time nobody is making Japanese translations. 
However, as Michael has mentioned, we would very much like for somebody 
to contribute.

If you would like to help with making the translation, please let us 
know.  It seems that your English skills are certainly good enough to do 
this.   Then if you could contribute translation, there would be no 
problem with the Japanese!  :)

On this I disagree.  I think that the News is actually an important 
contribution.
