Hi All,
I am tasked with migrating a 5106R to 5108R BlueOnyx instance, with new hostname.
Functionality is secondary DNS / MX, but I'm having problems with the import/export process.
On the source 5106R, I run ./csuExport.pl –D [to include the DNS records]
Then I edit the /home/cmu/<FQDN>/cmu.xml
1. Change the baseHost value = New Hostname for 5108R box
2. Replace all instances of the IP address for the new 5108R box
3. SCP all files to the 5108R host
On the 5108R host, I run the 5108Rscanin.pl or 5108Radjust.pl scripts with the –d /path/to/SCPd/files arg, and they sit there giving no output – so I cancel.
Running the cmuImport –D –d /path/to/SCPd/files it tells me a heap of WebAliases, malAliases and Users already exist (from a previous import attempt) so I choose d to Drop (D)
At the end of the script it outputs:
Importing DNS records
RaQ550 to RaQ550, BlueQuartz 5100R, BlueOnyx (5106R, 5107R or 5108R) or TLAS HE DNS migration not done yet
Fixing UIDs and GIDs of all users by running /usr/sausalito/sbin/fix_user_UID_and_GID.pl.
We imported 1 vsites, 0 users, 0 lists
Please help – I don't know what else I should be changing in the above process to make this function as expected.
All Secondary zones appear to be contained in the cmu.xml.
Regards,
Grant
