I would have to disagree, we have found many passwords that are
memorable and meet the BO security requirements. Set one up yesterday
for a user, upper case first letter of his first name followed by a
number repeated 4 times (i.e.: Allen4444). Using an upper and lower case
with numbers and a certain length usually works. Hope that helps!
