[BlueOnyx:09868] Install problem on Dell OptiPlex 990 - eth0 does not exist

I'm trying to install 5108R on a Dell OptiPlex 990 and very early in the 
DVD boot I get the following:

The following error was found while parsing the kickstart configuration

The following problem occurred on line 8 of the kickstart file:

The provided network interface eth0 does not exist

[Reboot]

CentOS 6.2 loads on the system absolutely fine.  How do I get past this 
issue?
