didn't explain well.  I an aware of the issue with those types of 
secondary nameservers.

I am talking about a primary DNS domain that has multiple nameservers 
listed in the SOA record. The GUI describes these as a single primary 
and multiple secondaries.

e.g Source SOA
  Primary: ns0.example.com
  Secondary: ns1.example.com
  Secondary: ns2.example.com
  Secondary: ns3.example.com

Destination SOA after dnsImport.pl
  Primary: ns0.example.com
  Secondary: ns3.example.com

I hope that explains it.
