yum install solarspeed-ioncube

It's actually included in the basic BlueOnyx install for all platforms.
Not sure why yours is missing.

You actually also might want to run "yum groupinstall blueonyx" to see
if there is anything else missing. It'll install what's missing. If your
install is complete, it'll install nothing. In any case it won't hurt.
