Hi Jeff

I understand.
But Greg says that it's forum support only, no mail support in this 
SpamAV problem.

However it can not possibly participate from Japan to the forum.

It is no way for my situation, is it?

I think it is an another obligation,  that telling the current situation 
to all members.

Even if noone cannot talk about truth for fear of the king.
