Hi Michael,
I tried the update instructions below on my 5107R test server, it worked
except for disk usage which gives a series of php errors which I have seen
meantioned by other last year with no soloution proposed.
It was a stock stnadard 5107R with no other repos enabled. 3 vsites.

I tried doing a reboot, a manual run of swatch and a quota rebulid nothing
helped so far.
