I just published an updated base-alpine for this for 5207R, 5208R and
5209R. This fixes the problem that certain Japanese characters are shown
incorrectly on the login page.

The problem is solved by setting a cookie with the auto-detected browser
language early on before the page is fully rendered, as multiple i18n
related libraries work better if that cookie is already set.
