I see the problem. The thing there is this: It highly depends on the SSH
client that you are using. With Putty I am getting some mixed results
there as well when I try to login to one of my servers that is
configured to use German. And the same works very well if I use SSH from
"Konsole" instead.
So this is rather an configuration issue in Putty than a BlueOnyx problem.

So the login in the GUI is now displayed correctly for you?
