Yup probably.

If it works and I didn't get a notification that I should have updated I 
keep using it.

I found a short term fix

Thru phpmyadmin I was able to change the PS_CIPHER_ALGORITHM from 1 to 0

Fixed it

I think the reason I bought the package way back when was a client 
needed something that wasn't in the stock version or something like that 
and like I said above I didn't get any notifications that the package 
should be updated/replaced until today.  If I would have known there 
were vulnerabilities I would have gotten on that.

It's about time to get a new machine so... when that time comes I will 
get the latest and greatest from you folks!
