[BlueOnyx:18359] Warning: RPMDB altered outside of yum.

I am running BlueOnyx version 5209R.

An automatic YUM update was performed this morning (9/16/2015), and com
completed successfully with no errors.
I am now receiving this error message. 
"Warning: RPMDB altered outside of yum"
Do I need to be worried and is there something I should do, or just ignore 
it? Nothing seems to be broken.
