Rather than reinvent the wheel, I'll give you some links to Wikipedia 
which will explain it far more quickly than I could.

>   * ASN (that change daily)
ASN = Autonomous System Number

Every ISP that is directly connected to the Internet via BGP has an ASN. 
  For instance, VIRTBIZ has ASN 40395.

>   * RBL records
RBL = Realtime Blackhole List, aka DNS Blackhole List
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DNSBL

An RBL record would be a given DNS record for the RBL.
