Hi Thomas.
I think this one is now solved. I found a simple issue on the new server while troubleshooting for another client.
Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8392704 bytes)
Downloading uses a buffer. The limits on the old server were higher. Apologies for the inconvenience.
