Yeah, then that's the indicator that Disk Quota is not working.

Yes, that's the problem. Please edit the "defaults" in that line and
change it to this:

/dev/mapper/centos-home	/home ext4 defaults,usrquota,grpquota 1	2

Then reboot and that should do the trick.

No, the BlueOnyx install via YUM should have turned on Disk Quota by
making this edit in /etc/fstab, but it didn't do so for you. Why? Not
sure, sorry.
