checking scponly... the only but I see is that it requires copying some 
files into the chroot (in a similar fashion as rssh). scponly is in 
epel.. and rssh in rpmforge... I dont really like copying files into a 
jail, but if it can be sorted inside the site in a quite transparent way 
it will be good.

Anyway I will try to see if it is easy to manually implement it.
