These package addresse the following issues:

base-blueonyx:
============

The default sendmail.mc and semdmail.cf on BlueOnyx needed a couple of new or 
updated config switches. This update will install a new sendmail.mc, which is 
then used to rebuild a modernized sendmail.cf.

base-system:
==========

When the server admin changed the language of the GUI Interface from English 
to any other of the supported languages, then this change wouldn't persist. 
After a server reboot or CCEd restart the system would revert back to English. 
That has been fixed.

base-email:
==========

Feature update: This is the second stage of a set of updates planned for this 
module. Whenever the Sendmail configuration is updated, the intended changes 
are written off to /etc/mail/sendmail.mc and then a new /etc/mail/sendmail.cf 
is rebuilt from it.

Changes such as "Max Message Size" are now correctly written off to 
sendmail.mc and sendmail.cf and will always be taken into account properly. 
Which wasn't the case in the past.

Additionally a new config option has been added under "Network Services" / 
"Email" / "Advanced". It is called "Maximum Recipients per Message" and allows 
to define the maximum amountz of recipients any email might have. If an email 
has more recipients that specified, then it will be rejected.

The default for this on BlueOnyx is "unlimited". However, we suggest to set it 
to something sensible like "25" or "50".

Additionaly the compatability of these changes with the Solarspeed.net AV-SPAM 
has been enhanced. However, you may have to run "yum clean all; yum update" 
twice in order to get the full set of updates if you have the AV-SPAM 
installed.

Lastly, the daily cronjob /etc/cron.daily/mboxfix.pl was added. It is a work 
around that deals with mbox files of users which - so far - have never 
received emails. There are cases where these mailboxes are then owned by 
"root" instead of the correct user. This cronjob detects mbox files affected 
by this and fixes their ownership.


Planned (and related) updates:
========================

The third planned step of updates for base-email will allow you to change the 
sort order of RBL blacklists.

Furthermore the ability to administer SPF records and Domain Keys through the 
BlueOnyx DNS interface will soon be possible.
