Hi Michael,
I noticed something odd with /etc/resolv.conf

I was tailing /var/log/messages to see if anthing requred attention, and
there waas a whole bunch of network unreachable resolving messages from
named looking for one of our nameservers but not one that I had entered
anywhere in the network config during the install, so I had a look at
/etc/resolv.conf and it had the correct search domain entry but no
/nameservers listed from the initial running of the network_settings.sh
/script after the 5210R install. So I had a look at System Settings ->
/TCP/IP and the settings were there and one of our name server IPs was
/there, not the one unreachable in the log. So for an experiment I added a
/secong nameserver just 8.8.8.8 and save it, then checked resolv.conf again
/and both nameserver entries were in there where there had been none before.

The point being that I think the inital network setup scipt did something
odd, it left out the nameserver entry I had filled in.

I will do another clean install on the weekend to see if it happens again.

- Ernie.
