The sporadic and slow YUM update issue of the BlueOnyx YUM repositories
has been found and fixed.

Mea culpa. It was an IPv6 misconfiguration that I had let slip in during
a recent architectural change. \o/

So it's all good again and our repositories should be back at peak
performance.
