We also saw this earlier in the week with a 5210R user way (way) below 
their quota, but mail was rejected (even when the user tried sending via 
Roundcube) as over quota.

To fix, we ran the triumvirate of commands:

/usr/sausalito/sbin/user_gid_fix.pl 
/usr/sausalito/sbin/fix_user_UID_and_GID.pl 
/usr/sausalito/sbin/disk_restorequotas.pl
